 Susan (Sue) McCubbin
Her watercolor paintings and colored pencil drawing are greatly influenced by the seaside surroundings of the Gulf Coast.    She sharpens her skills as an artist by attending watercolor workshops and colored pencil retreats to increase her knowledge in art, as well as taking art classes at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center concentrating on drawing, watercolor and colored pencil. 
Sue’s work has won awards and honorable mentions.  She participated in fine art and craft festivals from 2004 to 2019  throughout the state of Florida and has had her paintings in art galleries around the local area, including three exhibits at the Rotary Centennial Nature Center at Honeymoon Island State Park.  Sue currently displays her art and teaches watercolor painting at Tarpon Art Guild on Tarpon Avenue in the heart of the Art and Antique District.  Sue is a member of Florida Watercolor Society, Colored Pencil Society of America, Tarpon Springs Art Association and PAVA.
